Love looking at my carpets. My fragments I stand on in the kitchen are so nice and clean. I was hating the way they were looking. However, I'm REALLY liking how my car mats look. I seriously gave some thought to James' idea of wearing socks in the car; the mats are just that clean. They were so black I didn't think anything could get them back to the original color. The one specifically that is noticeable is the beige one.

The previous 1-10 selection asking if I'd recommend Zerorez is academic. Not "will I," but "already have."

Friendly, professional and thorough service.

Technicians explain process and were honest about what could be achieved with the cleaning service, particularly to a heavily stained area with red juice. The process allows for fast drying of carpet surfaces, which is a plus when you have a busy household and can't have rooms off limit for more than a few hours. I was very happy with results - carpets looked and felt like new. Technicians were very professional and able to help with maneuvering around heavy furniture and help with moving some furniture. This is the 3rd time we have used Zeroez and will be a repeat customer.

My rug looks great. There were several up charges since the rug had pet stains. The final cost was fine, $214 for a 10X13, big rug. I just wished they had been more transparent from the start. I would assume that 75% or more of customers are dealing with pet stains. All an all I would recommend this company. They were able to fit me to the schedule quickly and communicated well.
