I had the tiles and grout cleaned in my casita and I was very satisfied with the results. The representative recommended to also seal the grout but I didn’t have the extra monies to do it on that same day. After thinking about it I would like to have the grout sealed w/zerorez. I have to say I was disappointed with Ryan as I asked him to do my office as he wasn’t doing all of my living room and the area in the office would of made up for it and he said he would do it for 43 dollars more. I know you’re in the business to make money but that price was over the top. It makes me sad to think as long as I have been a customer he would not negotiate that . So in future don’t send Ryan out to our house my husband was not happy as he’s been in carpet cleaning business for 40 years and said that was a rip off . Just being honest.

The service was faster than I expected which I attribute to efficiency. I appreciated how well the rest of my home was respected - the use of the orange corner guards and the technician mopping areas where the hoses had been resting on hard floors during the cleaning.
