Chris was professional, he explained what I could expect. My carpet was old and dirty, it was time to replace it; however, I thought I would have it cleaned before I spent a couple thousand. I am gland I made that decision, because my carpet looks great.

We have always been happy with your service and have recommended you to friends and family. For this last service, unfortunately, the truck broke before the first appointment could begin and Matthew had to have us reschedule. We were recommended some treatment to our area rugs to treat cat urine and was supposed to have an additional treatment to eliminate the smell so they wouldn't return to it. I'm afraid to say either it wasn't done during the rescheduled appointment, or it doesn't work. One of the area rugs immediately smelled worse than before and we have kept that room closed off from our cats. Other than that, the technician (Shemar) was very professional and courteous. We will still use your service next time, but we wouldn't add the additional treatments.

Everyone we worked with from the sales rep to the technician did a great job communicating and explaining the whole process and what needed to be done at our rental property. Everyone was transparent and upfront about their services. We even got Rangers tickets and was not promised that beforehand! Very unexpected surprise. Would hire again!
