I purchased a new home in December of 2024. My carpets were so dirty on the stairs, with the moving people trashing them hauling all the furniture upstairs. When the serviceman finished the job, my stairs and 3 bedrooms are absolutely spotless ! I’ll be calling zerorez in the future.

The people on the phone and in the trucks are super nice and helpful. Our cleaner, Ethan, was so friendly and so knowledgeable about his job. First, he showed up at the beginning of the time window they gave me. I love that (and love that he called to tell me he was on the way). He gave me a lot of options to choose from and then offered no pressure to get me to choose one or the other. Then he was quick, but incredibly thorough.
We had the same experience with zero res last time we used them as well. Will definitely keep using them. We love that it's less toxic and dries quicker than other companies. The pricing is very fair and the service is exceptional. Our only problem is that we can't add a bigger tip through their payment site!
