Demetrius our technician called to let me know he was on is way. It gave me a chance to put my dogs up. He arrived on time and very professional. Shook my hand and introduced himself. It may be a small thing but now a days this doesn’t happen often so I appreciate it. Our carpets look great. I definitely recommend the deodorizer it doesn’t leave any wet dog smell in the house. He showed me how to properly clean a stain with a sample of their cleaner. We had a few stains come back, I expected he would just work on the stain but he did the whole room again.
We will definitely be using Zerorez again for our next cleaning. Thank you Demetrius.

The technician was very nice and made sure the extra additive wasn’t too strong after I shared a past experience with another carpet cleaning company that gave me a headache from the chemicals. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he took my concerns seriously. He even said my carpets already looked nice, which I thought was very honest of him.

I was truly impressed with how clean and fresh everything looked once the carpets were done and dried. This cleaning meant a lot to me, especially after the recent loss of my cat, Lovely—I wanted to freshen up the space and start healing.

Alex was very professional and was honest with areas he couldn't get stains fully removed. I let the carpet dry and sit for a full day and it looks great! It turned out much better then I expected.

Our technician was Alex. He walked me through your process so I knew what to expect. We had a sectional couch that we knew was very dirty and we had hopes it could be cleaned. Alex tried cleaning the lounge part of the couch and it wouldn’t come clean. We decided it wasn’t worth the time and effort to finish cleaning. Alex didn’t charge for the section that wasn’t cleaned and discounted the part that he tried very hard to clean. This was excellent customer service and was greatly appreciated. Alex was on time and he was very informative and he was very helpful. I will use your services again in the future when the need arises!!
