I've used you now 2X in the past 2 years and have been very satisfied overall. This year my carpet was filthy due to tenants who had not kept up the place. Joseph showed up and went through the house with a black light showing me all the pet stains and I was shocked! He offered to give spot cleaning in all the rooms and proceeded to clean everything. He got out all he could though there were still black spots and pet stains. He was incredibly helpful though and I would recommend Oxi Fresh to anyone.

The service was top-notch from my initial phone call! I had read about your company online and was impressed. When I called, the custumer service agent was very knowledgable, cordial and answered all my questions. She was able to schedule my appointment within two days!
The young technician, phoned ahead a few minutes before arriving, and was right on time!!! He too, was very personable and knowledgable. He answered all our questions, and finished the job in a timeley, efficient manner.
My carpets are very light colored, and they cleaned up much better than I had expected. There were some really big, bad stains that the previous company we had used were unable to remove. They are now gone! I was considering purchasing new carpet, but now feel good about getting some more use from them, knowing that they are clean and sanitized.
I was very happy that your system uses much less water than other systems/companies. The carpets felt only damp, and dried quite quickly. I was able to move furniture back into place immediately.

Last year Frank came out for carpet cleaning and did a great job so I recommended him to our friends the Coverts in Denver and they loved his work, too. This year I called Frank and he said Joe would clean the carpets, and he did. He was prompt - he called to say he was coming on time and he did. That alone - we greatly appreciate! Joe was friendly and did a great job!
The price is good the work is great! We will definitely call again and we will expand the services to include upholstery cleaning and possibly wood floor and grout cleaning.
The one drawback I thought was that Joe smelled of cigarette smoke. That wasn't great when we were trying to freshen our house and the service is called OxiFresh. Thought you might want to know. I'm probably not the only one who is sensitive to cigarette smoke.

The staff is always very friendly and efficient. I wish he would have offered me a small bottle of cleaner like the last gentleman who came out. I would have purchased one. Was on time and allowed me to put dogs out in yard without getting upset.
My carpet looks great! I have two dogs and three kids with pretty cheap carpet and your cleaning helped me keep my carpet looking fresh and new. The only reason I gave it a nine instead of ten is because the stairs took about 30 hours to become completely dry. The rest of the carpeting was dry in 8 hours. Not sure what happened. However, I will definitely use this company again!
