I got a call prior to my appointment to confirm the time, and my service technician helped advise me on what rooms needed additional treatment to get my money’s worth in getting my deposit back, and was very friendly and nice throughout. Fantastic work on such short notice.
I like the overall service the fact that he did the same treatment there’s no pet odor in my carpet. I also love the fact that I kinda had an emergency and you guys were able to get there the same day.
Carpets came out looking pretty good. The carpets about 5 years old, so some areas are more worn than others, which can’t be helped. Not super wet like some cleaners, dried fairly quickly. So far I would use again.
