The young technician, phoned ahead a few minutes before arriving, and was right on time!!! He too, was very personable and knowledgable. He answered all our questions, and finished the job in a timeley, efficient manner.
My carpets are very light colored, and they cleaned up much better than I had expected. There were some really big, bad stains that the previous company we had used were unable to remove. They are now gone! I was considering purchasing new carpet, but now feel good about getting some more use from them, knowing that they are clean and sanitized.

Last year Frank came out for carpet cleaning and did a great job so I recommended him to our friends the Coverts in Denver and they loved his work, too. This year I called Frank and he said Joe would clean the carpets, and he did. He was prompt - he called to say he was coming on time and he did. That alone - we greatly appreciate! Joe was friendly and did a great job!
The price is good the work is great! We will definitely call again and we will expand the services to include upholstery cleaning and possibly wood floor and grout cleaning.
The one drawback I thought was that Joe smelled of cigarette smoke. That wasn't great when we were trying to freshen our house and the service is called OxiFresh. Thought you might want to know. I'm probably not the only one who is sensitive to cigarette smoke.

My carpet looks great! I have two dogs and three kids with pretty cheap carpet and your cleaning helped me keep my carpet looking fresh and new. The only reason I gave it a nine instead of ten is because the stairs took about 30 hours to become completely dry. The rest of the carpeting was dry in 8 hours. Not sure what happened. However, I will definitely use this company again!

This was my first time using Oci Fresh carpet cleaning and I'm sold. It was not chemical intensive like most. I have severe respiratory issues and I have been in the hospital after carpet cleaning in the past. There is no smell, truly green and no humidity either! It was quiet and the service tech was friendly and well mannered and did three rooms, stairs and a hallway quickly, quietly and it wasn't an obtrusive invasion as I have experienced before. I will be using this service again and again.
