My carpet is old and the service person did a good job getting a couple of stains out of the carpet. The carpet also dried very quickly. The service person was very professional but personal.
It was my first time utilizing the service and it was amazing to think that you can clean rugs without a bunch of water. The rugs look very nice. My only disappointment was that the service young man twisted my beautiful long curtains into a knot to avoid hitting them with his machine, but it made them very wrinkled, and he forgot to undo them. Homeowners do not want their curtains, twisted and tied in knots, but other than that, he was very gracious And did a nice job.
We are always happy with the results and really appreciated everything about Athena, the tech that cleaned our carpets and upholstery. She spent a lot time on stains and thoroughly cleaning, and she's polite and friendly. Thank you Athena and Oxi Fresh!
I love the quick dry time. Running a high volume property turn over time is crucial, and not having to put a room out of order for dry time while not sacrificing on quality is amazing!

OxiFresh does a great job on carpets. They truly take out the dirt and any pet filth and make your carpet look and feel new again. If OxiFresh can't do it then it can't be done. It is fast and a thorough cleaning. There are not a ton of chemicals in the carpet or in the air in your home. I don't hire anyone else and haven't in years.
