Initially, we hired Oxy Fresh of Leyden to clean the carpets in three rooms and our stairs to the basement and they did such a wonderful job that we scheduled an appointment with them the following week to clean the carpets in our entire basement.
Frank was absolutely fabulous and Jeff also provided exceptional customer service. They explained the entire process and provided an accurate estimate that was confirmed before they started cleaning the carpet. They did not over saturate the carpet which made for a very short drying time. End result... the carpet looks new again!

Jeffrey did really great explaining why the pretreatment was important. He was very thorough and my carpet never looked better! I used Stanley steamer and they didn’t half as good. I think Jeffrey cleaned what they left. Jeffrey was personable and clean!

Oxi Fresh is gentle on your carpet it does not affect pets or children even though I don't have them I do think of that when I sign up for Oxi Fresh once more I've used oxy fresh for a number of years and I've always been happy with the results this particular time that I asked for help I asked them to see about a problem spot that I'd had for about 6 months and they were able to help me it looks so much better and I am thrilled that I again have a carpet to be proud of thank you so so much Oxi Fresh
