The technician Jeff called ahead to confirm the appointment and was perfectly on time. We did a walk thru before he started so that we could see the high traffic areas. Jeff was friendly and professional. Job well done Jeff! I will recommend Oxi Fresh of Westminster company to all my family and friends. Best part is I had this strange ordor when my renter moved out.
