I like your different variations of classes and your spa area.

The premises are very good and have many options to do. Also many classes to choose. The staff is very kind and friendly.

Great service and facilities. The classes really make it through. I am still trying out the different ones. In Particular, the body pump, Yoga, Boxfit and Aquafit are fantastic. Never felt out of place as you might do in some other gyms. Location is top notch and As gyms go for a person just starting out. 10/10

I like the lightening in the gym, it looks very cool. I would appreciate if the color light change slowly depending the music. More real plants, picture’s plant or fake plants could suits too. I like this mix between gym and spa. So far every member of the staff was friendly. It’s a nice place, thanks for your work.

I like the completness of the service - a broad range of equipment and activities. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I am enjoying the variety of classes you have to offer

I really enjoy the mix of classes. Especially the aqua classes. Although I have been disappointed with some hydrorider classes recently. Ryan was amazing and kept you on the bike giving a tough routine really working you. But I have had some classes recently that I’ve spent more time off the bike. Doing more stretches than getting the heart pumping. from talking to people after the classes they want to be pushed harder

I like the environment, the gym is very clear and clean. The classes are very dynamic.

Equipment is excellent and maintained very well. Staff very friendly and always welcomed with a "hello" when you arrive and "goodbye" when you leave.

The variety of classes
and professional care

Love the spa, especially the sauna and the steam room. There’s also a 12 person jacuzzi and a big swimming pool. Every thing else you need to exercise you can find bikes, weights, classes and more. I’d recommend a free day pass just to check. You’ll get in loved with this facility. For the services they offer I find it cheap. Since I quit smoking I don’t feel paying for the full time membership. I recommend this finest gym in Dublin.

Service

One Escape is a one stop gym. The 3 levels offer everything a person could expect at a top rated facility. The pool, steam, sauna and hot tub are also of first rate quality. Cleanliness is extremely important to me and One Escape certainly does not disapoint!!

The staff at One Escape are friendly and accommodating, always willing to answer my questions and even supply a hair elastic on occasion!!

Classes

There is lots of equipment even during peak periods therefore never have to wait long to use these. The steam and sauna rooms are also great.

Friendly staff, always clean facilities and the times of the classes.

I love the atmosphere of the place. The staff are always pleasant and helped me with each machine when I didn't have a clue how to use any of them before. I was never made to feel embarrassed about how much I need to lose to reach my goal and I always come out feeling more confident than when I went in.
