Since the free weights moved to the window upstairs there is lack of mirror space. Perhaps there is scope to put stick up mirrors on the windows? Thanks.

do you think there may be any classes for people who are actualy over weight
like maybe diet and nutrition classes
about learning what to eat and when
i think these classes on healthy food eating would be awesome
not weight watchers
but a dieting doing a montly class on healthy eating etc
or classes aimed at over weight new members
some times it hard for larger people to jump into a class that is non beginer or season fit regulars
maybe more newbie begginer classses
mediation classes would be cool . mindfullness before work early morning
that would be awesome
I love the clases, all the trainers are committed to do the best. I enjoy mily mornings going to classes and then starting my normal routine.

Warm and welcoming, good classes (though I'd love more functional fitness/strength and cond/bootcamp classes - but that's just a personal pref), spotlessly clean, good opening hours...what more can I say? Well done all, you're all running a great gym!
Generally very clean, well managed and equipped gym and swimming pool/sauna/steam room and jacuzzi.

Opening hours on fri/sun and bank holidays aren’t great.
But in general I am quite happy with everything

I like the way you change up the classes on a regular basis and add new ones to keep it interesting . I also like how you have extended the timetable. The app is also very handy to book classes .

The gym has an amazing space and it is well located
The pool is amazing and so relaxing its like being at a spa. The gym facilities are also incredible and I like the way there is a smaller weights area for people that are less into heavy lifting.
