The best place to workout, Clean and Hygenic with very friendly staff.
I really like the variety of classes and equipment. Some times I don’t feel like doing the same classes and it’s great there so many to chose from. One type of class that I would love is “Animal flow”. Mairead very often incorporates animal moves in to Bootcamp but it would be great to see more of that and Tabatha too.
The location us perfect for me. I love the facilities although the weights area could include more machines for chest workout because they are always taken. Some machines have also a bit old.

One escape is a fantastic gym/health club that's local to me and spending a couple of hours here is the main thing I look forward to each time. This is not the cheapest of gyms but you do get what you pay for. Monday and Tuesday nights can be very busy and some lunchtimes too but Smithfield is a vibrant place and this is to be expected. A decent amount of investment has been spent on the gym in the last year... more equipment has been purchased/rented etc. and helps to give a broader range of training options. There's not a lot to complain about right now but If I was going to suggest anything it would be to change the music as there's definitely better gym music @ 128bpm+ out there and the same tunes get played over and over almost at the same time each day... a change here would be greatly appreciated. Also the mens swimming shorts dryer is out of action so getting this fixed would be really great as its been out of action for a few weeks now. Also I miss the rope pulley which broke down and then disappeared... that was a nice touch and I miss it.
This health club makes me want to train and it has definitely allowed me to achieve decent fitness gains and goals over the last (almost) 2 years since I joined up. If you can afford it I'd recommend it and have already suggested to friends they would enjoy it here.

Great classes, good trainers, fantastic facilities! I also recently signed a relative up to join and the process was handled so well by the friendly reception staff. Great customer service overall!
The classes are excellent and the facilities are brilliant. The changing rooms and shower facilities are kept clean to a very high standard also.

The opening hours are my main draw to the gym, as well as the convenient location. It means it takes minimal effort for me to get to the gym. I also love how serene and calm the pool area is. I haven't attended many classes, but the variety of them is great!
I have and I'm enjoying my every visit to the gym . It's clean & tidy , spacious and easy availability of machines as not overly crowded. Bathroom and toilets are maintained in order with hygiene prospective , I would really like to have my friends joining it and I did recommend to them . It will be very exciting to have training with a fellow friend if possible !

Everything! It’s the most perfect gym and I couldn’t ask for a better one. The staff are so helpful and friendly - they go out of their way to assist you. The gym is always clean, tidy and very well ventilated. I love that it’s a private club so not everybody can just walk in. It’s beautiful and keeps you inspired!
