The instructors are so enthusiastic it makes it difficult not to enjoy being put through your paces. They go over & above to support members - as shown last month when Lana and the team put in a massive amount of work, energy and enthusiasm to support Suicide Prevention and a charity in which I am heavily involved, Suicide or Survive. Nothing was too much trouble and I can't thank them enough

There is a great range of classes at convenient times. The gym is spacious and never seems too crowded even at busy times The pool/sauan/steamroom area is nice and relaxing after a workout.

Plenty of equipment and room, always clean and never too busy

I like the swimming pool, the sauna and jacuzzi. It is clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Shower rooms are spacious and spa feel like. Staffs are friendly and the location is convenient for me.

One Escape is a great Gym within Smithfield and boasts a very wide variety of equipment which caters for all members. They also have a really good sized indoor pool which is a big benefit as well as other spa facilities. They offer free consultation upon joining and have a great rewards program also. Highly recommend. *****
