Good choice of classes, opening hours from 6am until 24am give me flexibility, sauna, steam room, water pool. Clean, tidy facilities, friendly staff.
I really like the vibe in One Escape. It's easy going, and it's never super busy, because the gym is very big. Some of the machines are a bit old, but that doesn't bother me a lot.

Great facilities, very clean, a lot of choice and variety in the classes both in the morning and in the evening, the nice pool area.
Improvements: would love to see a body jam class with Lana (Les Mills), or at least please reinstate the Zumba with Lana. Teachers for Spin are not all equal...
