Opening hours, pool area and staff are all excellent.
One escape trainers overall are highly motivated & motivating, the changing facilities are kept clean, only downside is when steam room or jacuzzi are out of order but I appreciate lots of use etc can have a strain on these overall a great gym to be a member of.

It's a wonderful gym with friendly helpful staff. The gym is really clean and the machinery is well maintained and upgraded often. Huge range of classes available and the rewards app is great.

The pool and spa are quiet
As always, customer service has been great. Everyone very friendly and helpful, in particular Dave has always encouraged myself to take on spin classes and shows general interest in everyone he chats to which is fantastic.
Only downside at moment is mens changing rooms - smelly & showers have been notably cold lately. Could do with a few more plates in gym also, difficult to get plates with how busy it has been since xmas for benching/ squating etc.

The classes and the instructors are amazing. I love the classes early in the morning, are perfect to do some exercise before start your normal day.
