Have recommended the gym to many friends in the passed, who are now members.
Recently suffered an injury, but as part of PT have been doing a lot of Rehab exercises & have to say the advice and exercises from Dave has been second to none & lined up with advice of my Physio. I definitely wouldn't have recovered as quick without it.

Very happy with 1escape currently.

The quality of Dave’s classes on Tuesday and Friday mornings is outstanding. He constantly changes things up and brings in new challenges. Massive thanks to him!

Stephen and Lazlo are great additions to the club as well, very friendly and helpful. Stephen’s Kettlex class is great - really good workout, would definitely recommend.

I love the pool, have used it for years, likewise all the exercise equipment. Only just started attending classes and I'm very impressed, good variation and intensity. Also really like the cleanliness of all the general areas. Its a great gym.
