The app is also very useful for booking / cancelling classes .

Facilities and classes
Dave Hand is a first rate trainer. He is great at motivating members and always trying new playlists/themed classes to keep people motivated. It’s a great way to start the day and I never thought I’d be the type of person to get up at 5am for the gym.
(As a client I am naturally biased but since starting training my body composition has completely changed)
The classes are fantastic. I particularly love functional and strength and endurance. I think both have improved my fitness.
The gym is very clean and the equipment is better than any other gym I’ve been to.
The only suggest I’d have is for Zumba to be brought back on a Thursday.

I got back to the Gym after a half an year break. I was really impressed by changes that management have done to it. Refreshed painting and decorating (showers look like spa), new treadmills are amazing :) On a separate note thanks very much to the staff that motivate and help me to stick to the right route.
