I got back to the Gym after a half an year break. I was really impressed by changes that management have done to it. Refreshed painting and decorating (showers look like spa), new treadmills are amazing :) On a separate note thanks very much to the staff that motivate and help me to stick to the right route.

Have recommended the gym to many friends in the passed, who are now members.
Recently suffered an injury, but as part of PT have been doing a lot of Rehab exercises & have to say the advice and exercises from Dave has been second to none & lined up with advice of my Physio. I definitely wouldn't have recovered as quick without it.

Stephen and Lazlo are great additions to the club as well, very friendly and helpful. Stephen’s Kettlex class is great - really good workout, would definitely recommend.
