One Escape is most certainly the best health club in Dublin, it embodies the idea of a club, it’s warm, welcoming and the staff and fitness team are second to none. This health club boasts everything first class in a gym u need and want - top of the range equipment and spa facilities you just won’t find in any other city centre health club. There is something for everyone - come on in - you won’t regret it!

Zumba, yoga, body pump and body combat at times when someone working 9-6 Mon-fri can attend. The pool and spa facilities and excellent and friendly staff.
