Great clases

The facilities are great and cover all needed. A large variety of classes are on offer. The spa area is always kept very clean (my one suggestion might be a plunge pool). Not to forget the staff, they are friendly and professional, and add a nice touch of class by always greeting and saying farewell to the members. Overall, great service.

Facilities on offer are top class. Great classes. Opening hours are fantastic. And it’s 5 minutes from where I live so no excuses.!

I thinks it’s one of the best clubs in Dublin. It was hard for me to find one as good as mine in Cork and It’s not expensive considering that all the classes are included in the fee and that there are also a sauna and a swimming pool available. You can also practise yoga and Brooklyn fitboxing.
The only weakness is that not all the instructors are LesMills, so, the intensity level of the classes or the fitness/nutrition knowledge of the Instructors is not at the same level, so, the level of the classes depend a lot on the Instructor that you’ll find that day!
