Clean, spacious, friendly staff.
The club is always looks clean and is maintained to pretty high standards. The previous issue with the steam room has now been fixed which is good. The staff are friendly and helpful and the fact that some of the cardio equipment (bikes, cross trainers etc.) has been recently upgraded which is great as some of the previous machines were getting used and abused somewhat with age. Overall I always find this club makes me want to do a decent workout session due to being a comfortable environment to train and focus. The One Escape health club is suitable for all level of fitness levels and abilities and the steam room and Jacuzzi is a nice way to end the workout session.
Great Gym has all. The gym equipment you need so you can get the job done quickly the staff and customers together make this place so good to work out in

It's a big gym in the city center that caters for everyone including a pool if you fancy a swim.
It is spotless clean , and it has an area downstairs if you fancy doing a private workout.

There is a great variety of classes and timetables. All instructors are very enthusiastic and motivating. The gym is big enough so that it never feels crowded. The pool area is excellent after a work out with the sauna and steamroom.

Nice staff, nice atmosphere. Love the equipment and all the changes that happen regularly giving it a new look. One machine rear delt fly machine is bit wonky tho and its been like that for a while. When you are facing it the right side is not the same as left side and seems bit loose. Please address this. thanks for your help

I don't have time to use as many of your amenities and machines etc as I used to but One Escape has good facilities, good variety of equipment and classes and good instructors / friendly staff. Clean changing rooms etc. The spin bikes could be maintained a little more regularly (lot of broken pedals in the studio!) but otherwise it's all good.

I would like to get emails about when swimming classes (e.g. freestyle) are coming up, as they are not part of the ordinary classes.
Everything but your class booking app
I mainly use the spin classes. The instructors are great, music is great and no one can see you sweat in the dark. The changing room are busy but always lockers. The reception staff are always happy and happy to help. Over all I would recommend it to my friends and family.
