Friendly staff, excellent facilities and plenty of classes to suit.

The gym is really well equipped, nice locker rooms and facilities, very clean and lovely atmosphere (friendly).

I am a little nervous about the high turnover of staff though. The consistent high standard of classes is really important. If you only have a precious hour to get in your workout, you need to be guaranteed that you'll have a good trainer leading you there. But if the classes become hit and miss or you can't be guaranteed a good class every time, then that will have a negative impact on membership satisfaction. I think that this is particularly important in the morning. Getting to the gym to make a 6.10 am class has to be worth the effort. I'd really appreciate it if you could make an extra effort to assign your best most experienced trainers to these classes. Mairead and Hakima spring to mind (if they are happy to do so). Otherwise, I fear that you might start losing members. I know that I'm not alone here. So I encourage you to get these surveys out to as many members as possible to continue to make OneEscape one big fit family :).

Modern equipment and lovely pool area with sauna/steam room/jacuzzi. Staff are very nice and friendly.

There are a variety of classes that comes with the standard membership which is defo a great things. Opening hours are very long so is possible to go early in the morning and late in the evening which is perfect for people that work fulltime. Machine are new and the place is overall very clean.

Can you please fix the water fountain on the ground level between cardio room and the back room? You can't drink from it as the water stream pressure is not high enough. Thanks!
