Loving the new Les Mills Grit classes tough but I feel it's a good overall workout good combination of cardio & weights was bored with body pump

The only thing I would like to see more of is staff checking in around the equipment to see if anyone needs help setting up, or instructions on how to use something.

One escape has number of facilities that will suit whatever you need. Well-maintained and staff are always very helpful. Classes are fun with the help of course of great instructors.
The gym is relaxed a chilled and there is lots of space . The pool is great and the staff friendly
Varied equipment
I like that some old machines have been upgraded and other have been refurbished lately. I like the new abs crunch machine. I also love that there are now many treadmills and bikes for everyone, it looks great.
Maybe It would be nice to have a full peck deck machine on the ground floor instead of the cable based one that looks a bit old.
