the gym have a lot of course and you can challenge yourself on different levels and activity, plus swimming pool area with Jacuzi, sauna and steam room. Last but not least the gym is always clean, with a friendly and helpful staff.

I like that some old machines have been upgraded and other have been refurbished lately. I like the new abs crunch machine. I also love that there are now many treadmills and bikes for everyone, it looks great.
Maybe It would be nice to have a full peck deck machine on the ground floor instead of the cable based one that looks a bit old.

Excellent range of classes at suitable hours. A changing timetable with new classes added regularly. Spotless facilities.

The classes, the pool and of course all of the 1Escape team make this the best gym I've ever been a member of. It's expensive but totally worth it in my eyes.

Loving the new Les Mills Grit classes tough but I feel it's a good overall workout good combination of cardio & weights was bored with body pump

The only thing I would like to see more of is staff checking in around the equipment to see if anyone needs help setting up, or instructions on how to use something.
