Great facilities and friendly staff!

I've been suffering from pinched nerves and other related injuries over the past few months, but when I can, I love to use the pool. Would really appreciate if you could remove the red-rope though from the larger lane in the pool. The pool is small enough and that rope cuts down the number of people who can comfortably swim laps from around 7 to 4. It has been there since April 2019, why is this?

I love the warm friendly personalised service at 1Escape... very much appreciated. The staff always go out of their way to offer a friendly welcome or a positive goodbye as one enters and leaves the club. The service is certainly the best I have encountered. I appreciate also that you are doing your best to consistently up-grade on classes and facilities. Only recently improving the showers and spa area (steam-room has been having difficulty and I know you are working on getting that sorted as it's a popular amenity in the club. 1 Escape is a premier private members health-club in the heart of Smithfield that has managed to create a warm welcoming positive vibe - you just won't find anywhere else like it, thank you.

The staff are super helpful. Great range of classes (particularly like Brooklyn Boxfit). Best pool area I have found in a Dublin gym. Ticks all the boxes for me.
