OneEscape has all the necessary equipment as part of my training routine. The staffs are all accommodating as well, which makes my visits to the gym less complicated. The opening time of the gym suits me really well being at work or most of the day and I don't need to rush to go to the gym as it closes a bit late.

I’m pregnant so a pregnancy class once a week would be a superb idea! I’m a bit cautious of the regular classes at the moment and wouldn’t mind getting some weights in under a small class supervision
Friendly staff, excellent facilities and easy accessibility
Love the gym and facilities - One comment about the spin studio - It can get uncomfortably hot during the classes especially if the class is at capacity making it hard to perform during the class. Better air conditioning or fans in the studio would be a great addition!
The updating of the gym equipment recently has really made a difference to the overall quality of this club.
Added to this is the professional of all of the staff team from front desk to the gym care team.

Techno music played a bit too loud
All the classes are entertaining and very friendly staff. Not to mention the great structure.
The friendly fun energetic environment. There's a high standard of trainers and a huge variety of equipment and classes to suit all levels of ability. The women's changing area is really nice too, meaning that you can get a workout in before the office or meeting friends; with facilities on hand to refresh on the go, ready for the next appointment.

The classes are good The instructors are so well trained and knowledgeable on their particular class and The facilities are excellent and can be proud of due to its top of the range qualities. Highly recommended this gym world class!
Very good place with friendly staff!!
The gym keeps getting better. The recent upgrade of the machines and new classes have made me want to work out even more. As always the staff and class coaches are helpful and motivating.

The facilities keep getting better and the class timetable is unrivalled. The instructors are sound and overall the experience each time I visit is first class. I love the place - it’s a pleasure to exercise!
Great Gym with friendly staff the new Equipment recently added is appreciated. For the point taken away I think the instructors can be more seen for guidance for others and provide feedback there has been an increase in new starters at the gym of late noticed.
