The structure is amazing, great instructors and classes. All the staff is very friendly and helpful when necessary.

If I can make a suggestion tho, would be: Please get some diffusers for the curly girls :) now it's fine, we can just let our hair air-dry. But winter is coming and it'll be extremely necessary as the hairdryer doesn't do the job properly for us.

During classes, make sure everyone is doing exactly what’s asked of them to do. Else they will have injuries. There is not a lot of focus on doing it right.. only on doing it

Good energy from trainers

The smiley friendly staff, the range of equipment, high standard of classes, plush changing rooms and pool/jacuzzi facilities. One Escape feels more like a destination experience rather than just somewhere you train. I go there to meet friends, enjoy a nice recovery afterwards and then into the surrounding area to meet friends for coffee/lunch. The workout is often a bonus :)

The variety of classes and the quality of instructors. The opening hours are great too as if my work hours alter it means I can still make the gym early morn or late at night. The pool is a major bonus!

I am very happy that Dave is back. He makes such a difference, his classes are the best and you can see it because they are normally full. I have been training with Dave for nearly 2 years and he is a great trainer and I will continue to train with him.

Great gym with great classes

Excellent facilities which are well maintained and kept clean. Staff are always friendly and welcoming and in particular Thrisha who always calls me by my name when I enter/or leave the club which is a really nice personal touch.

Would be good to try and stop some customers wearing underwear (mostly boxer shorts) in jacuzzi and sauna/steam room. Hard to enforce I know!!
