Pool experience is great
A decent amount of money being spent on refitting the pool and updating the gym equipment. This place is like a second home to me and I love spending my free time training and relaxing here. Not the cheapest of gyms but money well spent in my opinion and this is a ideal location for me. Staff are friendly and helpful so keep up the good work.
Very satisfied, however staff should have been provided better customer service skills. Especially, on weekends, is seems that nobody at reception cares what is going on around. Recently I used an emergency phone from the swimming pool. The phone was answeared after my third attempt. I would advise carefully chose who you employ. Some people are just excellent especially cleaning lady working there and some members of staff at reception. Overall quite happy, however plenty of room for improvement. I had two personal trainers appointments, unfortunately not very impressed. Please put attention on employing trainers with qualifications, experience and personality. I know it's hard but achievable. I have impression that your employees are not motivated enough. Maybe better pay would help? Overall I really like the place. Excellent online communication and app!

Primarily staff are very professional and greet and bid farewell to each member on their way in and out from the club. There is a variety of equipment and a variety of classes to choose from, so more choice for each member. It's very relaxing.
