I would recomend the gym to my friends

I think that your team of people are just great - from being greeted at the door, to your trainers. Despite being a really big club, it doesn't feel remotely 'clicky' .. and I think that's down to your team. Oh, and super to have Dave back again too !

Available for everyone and match each expectations.

I love the range of classes especially the aqua classes and the pool.

Good quality

Opening hours brilliant. Location brilliant. An excellent club. An improvement I would suggest is proper TVs showing rte and bbc. Especially when major sport is on. Music has improved lately. Please consider inserting back machine that allows rows. Thank you.

The instructors are brilliant and the facilities are always to the highest standards. Always very clean and tidy. There is always a warm welcome at reception too!

The whole environment- great class choice, great coaches- excellent vibe

Trainers are amazing, Juliette very motivating, Sarah so kind and always smiling, Martin always funny and ensuring you are doing right your work out, Karolina very encouraging, Barbara taking as much time as needed to help you with exercises, Paul always motivating you and ensuring you are enjoying the class, Jack pretty tough but funny and motivating. In summary, great team and great classes.

Hey guys.
Since I've joined a few years ago theres been allot new members, so the gym is allot more busy. Think there needs to be allot more plates upstairs.
Another squat rack/deadlift platform would really help too.
More skipping ropes
Mens shower area frequently smells awful.
New water fountain upstairs since it's always breaking.

Like the space and the equipment. Love the pool and hot rooms. Clean everywhere and also very friendly staff.

Range of classes, friendly staff, cleanliness of gym

Great place! 10/10 You lift things. You put down things. you run on things and bend in strange ways. Staff are very motivating and encourage me to lift things.. and then put them down. Apparently it all helps in the long haul.

Yoga, body combat, body pump and the pool and spa facilities are great. 7.30am weekday yoga would be lovely and some alternative dance classes/Latin or ballroom. The gym staff/teachers are lovely and helpful. It's nice to have karolina back and Martin has a great presence in the gym, all the instructors are super although I don't know some new names yet.

I enjoyed the Kettlex class I attended. The instructor was great, he made sure to tell me when my posture needed improving.

App and classes are great, easy to use and great service

Freindly staff, great atmosphere, all the right equipment which is always in good condition, overall a great experience every time I visit.

Pool facilities are excellent and a very wide and varied selection of cardio and strength machines. Massive selection of classes as well which is great. The app could be improved by showing a descriptor of what each class involves to help the member choose the right one for them. Also the membership keyrings are liable to wear and tear and then when they need to be replaced it costs €2.

The staff are very friendly and the equipment and facilities are state of the art!

The classes and the space are great and the atmosphere is motivating in this gym!
