Very clean Gym, staff is just amazing, always with a smile on. I normally attend Zumba classes with Barbara and she is just incredible in what she does. All trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to your exercises, avoiding injuries and working out after injuries and even diet. Reception staff is also always very welcoming and helpful.

Love the classes. Wish the bootcamps mid week were on a little earlier. Barbara is an amazing instructor - she goes around and makes sure everyone’s form is right and her enthusiasm is infectious!

One escape is 10/10 for both service and equipment

I like the facilities ( even though the water in the yacuzzy could be a tiny lil bit warmer sometimes) . I like the classes, specially the aqua jump class on Friday mornings and my PT sessions with Dave.

I would love to see more step aerobics classes on a Saturday or Friday morning.

It would be great if the gym could open earlier and classes could start earlier on a Sunday morning for people like myself that work Sundays and would like to fit in a class before work.

As a suggestion it would be great to have lil monitors in each of the classrooms for members to be able to checking directly to the class from there or sign up to a class from there. For example if there is a space available for the class they can sign up directly from there or if a member signs up to a class when they are already in the gym they can check into the class from there. If everyone that goes to the class checks in using the monitor, the members will know exactly if there are any spaces available and be able to sign up to the class directly from there.

The classes are good and effective, staff is professional and the pool area is nice.

im a member at the smithfield gym and the new poll area looks very impressive and modern.

A big shout out to Jack's spinning classes - playlist is always spot-on!

Only complaint is quite often some puddles of water is in the shower/lockers' area during peak times in the morning...

everything else is pretty good!

I would highly recommend One Escape.
Specially because the customer service from Barbara Peinado (personal trainer) and Kaleigh (receptionist).
They always have a smile on their faces, and they always go far and beyond to make me feel comfortable and have a special gym experience.
I have been member for many years, but now I enjoy much more, because of the attention and kindness of Barbara with my knee issues. Her Zumba classes are so much fun!
The facilities are also very clean and organized, thanks to the brilliant cleaning team.

There are a lot of different classes to choose from and the club keeps on improving.

great combination of fully, modern equipped gym with good choice of classes. Big water pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi- it’s everything that I need for relaxation.

Very well equipped gym. Very competent and friendly staff. Relaxing pool. I've convinced my GF to join.
Only issue is with the recent refit. Now 2 Concept Ski Ergs on floor and I've only ever witnessed the previous one in use twice. An extra rowing machine would have been preferable.

Really enjoy the classes and facilities, staff are very helpful. It is quite expensive though

First of all I would like to say thank u for the improvement in the gymnasium. It's much better now with the new equipments and new layout ;)
I would suggest to improve a bit more getting the ankle weights, it's a nice option to do when the gym is busy, if it is possible.
And suggest to 1escape make some partnership with Accenture to get some discount of their employees. Would be very nice!
