Equipment, classes and facilities, people, cleanliness... Everything!

It was a Monday morning, was just after having my morning coffee, and took a quick glance in the mirror... Jesus I have got small, really can't wait for the gym to open back up.

I check instagram, as you do... Yes great news! New post from 1Escape. We are back baby! I quickly log onto the app, book in and sprint to Smithfield to get the cardio in, as you do.

I walk in, and its like i never left. Great atmosphere, staff as friendly as always. Really good setup since the reopen, very clean, time management is excellent and have really enjoyed all my workouts. Looking forward to the sauna/swimming pool reopening, as championship is around the corner and the muscles will need some recovery!

As always - music could be better, which is why it didnt get a 10. No Coppers tunes, no Justin Bieber or One Direction to help me hit my PBs.

Great layout of gym and range of machines, free weights and floor space. Brilliant range of classes and the instructors and other staff are excellent. Changing rooms and swimming pool area are always very clean

Delighted one escape reopened and they are clearly doing their best to make sure we all can train while staying safe :)

Great quality products / equipment. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Also it feels pretty safe with the covid-19 procedures in place at the moment

I love the aqua classes but i think it is still bit to many people at each session given the situation. Should be max 12 at a class in 1escape.

Good to be back

Coaching proactively, if a new member or anyone doing am exercise wrongly. Any coach who sees it maybe could provide some tips and or show how to do it better.

Fantastic classes, very energetic, motivating, positive instructors, particularly Barbara, beautiful pool area, very good gym equipment. Club is not overcrowded, great facilities, lot of space. Waiting for the sauna room to be open again, it is fantastic as well.

Excellent classes and facilities. High levels of hygiene which is very evident throughout the club and staff are as always available to help. From the care staff to the front desk and instructors they all help to make it a very pleasant experience every time I visit 1escape.

Classes are set up great, all social distancing requirements are being observed and as always the staff are super friendly and helpful!

I love the new book a visit system so I can go to gym when it is quiet and hopefully swim my laps without too much interference

The club is efficiently run with very good facilities and maintained in good order. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I love new way the gym operates. Ability to pre book gym time. It increases my motivation. Once booked I feel I must go. It's never crowded. The place is so clean, I have never seen it so clean. Availability of sanitising gel at the entrance. Well done managing the operations in such tough environment. And thank you to all the staff and management of 1escape.
