All the gym things ! Lift things! Put down things... pull things and push things. People who tell you to push things .. to lift things! Motivational speeches on being fat and how not to be fat. Fat isn’t good ... although becoming fat is arguably much more fun then not becoming fat. It’s at least more beneficial to your self esteem being able to fit into clothes too small for you and not being prodded in the belly. Balance is always easier to manage when your centre weight isn’t leaning far out on one side. I definitely fall over less. So cheers to your services for making me stabilise. Get in!

Facilities are really excellent. Very friendly staff, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Love this gym. Great selection of classes, a wide variety of choice. Location is right beside the Smithfield Luas line. A great place to get fit, feel healthy and good about yourself.

The classes and instructors are amazing

There are a huge range of classes and times to suit all schedules plus the instructors are always 100% enthusiastic and supportive!

The gym has had some amazing upgrades recently including new gym area and mood lighting and new equipment. The pool was closed for 6 weeks back in November but is now amazing as its been completely refurbished and fresh. The staff are friendly and helpful and being honest its a joy to do a workout in this gym. I look forward to it each day I visit. Keep the good work!

Just wanted to flag something: the music in some classes (specially spin ones) is way too loud most of the times. It's even painful sometimes. I think trainers should be more aware of the risks and pay more attention

All equipment is clean and new. New pool. Cool colour scheme. Overall pleasant place to train. Keep up the good work.

Facilities are great and are well maintained. Large variety of classes on offer and staff are both friendly and professional. Rewards program is also a great benefit, and I've used it a number of times to bring friends into use the gym and spa area.

Lovely health club, weights were recently (almost fully) renewed, swimming pool renewed, and everything else is as good as before. I just love it!
