Clean and tidy gym.

Good gym with good instructors and good equipment. Gym is kept clean

The staff always give me a very warm welcome, everyone the trainers to the care takers are very friendly. The facilities very clean and well laid out.

The lovely pool and spa area with dimmed lighting and relaxing music, the only issue is that the showers are quite poor - water is not warm enough and does not last long enough when the button is pressed. Classes are great, I hope you can get a Zumba teacher with a similar style to the guy who finished teaching last week-he was fab. Classes and staff are great, more 7.15am yoga would be nice and more 6.40pm body combat and body pump.

Opening hours, staff and good condition of gym

Everything is great. Would it be possible to get a set of those combat ropes? Just an idea...

There are variety of classes. There is a load of new equipment just added and no need to wait in line. The gym is always kept clean.

I really like oneescape because it is near my home. Also has swimming pool what I really enjoy and several choices os classes thst I like such as step or pilates.
