The size of the gym and the opening hours have always been the main factor for me staying as a member, even when it's busy, I never really have to wait to do anything I want to do as there's always some equivalent option. The selection of classes is great as well.

Good quality machines, large pool sauna steam room jacuzzi etc.. staff are very friendly also

All the gym things ! Lift things! Put down things... pull things and push things. People who tell you to push things .. to lift things! Motivational speeches on being fat and how not to be fat. Fat isn’t good ... although becoming fat is arguably much more fun then not becoming fat. It’s at least more beneficial to your self esteem being able to fit into clothes too small for you and not being prodded in the belly. Balance is always easier to manage when your centre weight isn’t leaning far out on one side. I definitely fall over less. So cheers to your services for making me stabilise. Get in!

Facilities are really excellent. Very friendly staff, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Love this gym. Great selection of classes, a wide variety of choice. Location is right beside the Smithfield Luas line. A great place to get fit, feel healthy and good about yourself.
