I was there for the 1st time in 2 years the other day, lots of hygiene stations in the gym which is good to see

It would be good to know when the jacuzzi will be back working.

Gym has a lot of high quality equipment, not too crowded, it is been great!

Would love some more options in the early morning classes (ie before 8am)! Sometimes the water in the showers can be a bit too cold too

The trainers are very good. I have recently attended classes with Dave, Martin, Sarah and Juliette and they are very good. Also the new trainer Vanessa.
It would be great to have the Yacuzzy back open again as it is very nice to get into it after a workout, specially when it’s cold and raining outside.
It would also be great to have step aerobic classes at 1escape or aerobic classes and more Zumba classes.
I also have to thank a girl at reception (don’t know her name) that was very nice and picked up and kept my water bottle for me when I forgot it. The girls and boys at reception are always nice.

I am very happy with the current set up and how the club is run so I would have no suggestions on how you could improve such a great service.

Club is excellent

It's a lovely gym with great facilities and very nice staff.

Yoga classes at 7.15am and 7pm during the week (maybe Monday and Wednesday) if possible. Another Zumba class on a weekday evening if possible.
Disco spinning classes for a bit of craic maybe (not sure how this would work).

No loud classes on in the adjoining spaces when Yoga is on if possible - including the main downstairs floor area, it makes it difficult to enjoy the class.

It would be nice to not have to pay extra to use a locker, like when I first joined. It would also be nice if there were towels available for use without an extra charge.

It would be great if it was possible to reintroduce the free guest passes to bring friends from time to time. For the rewards programme, it's a bit light on services rewards for female members right now. A few suggestions of things which might be nice to include: aromatherapy massage / voucher for hairdresser / voucher for beauty salon / voucher to bring a friend for a gym session / nutrition plan or session with a dietician / voucher for outdoor activity like ziplining.

More spinning classes and body balance would be great! You guys are doing an outstanding work!

One escape is the best gym in the group!
Cleanness, staff and equipment are new.

you guys are going above and beyond the call of duty the cleaning staff are all ways cleaning the floors. and toilets and gym equipment and the front of house staff at the reception are all ways happy to answer any questions any of the members might have all the staff in one escape are doing a amazing job during these difficult times and i really appreciate it

I would love to see the steam room reopen though!
They seem open in spas and hotels, but you might be subject to different rules j suppose.
Anyway , that's minor feedback :)

It would be good to get the steam room open again
Secure some of the wooden seating planks in the sauna
Make sure showers are warm in mens changing room
Other than that all is perfect
