One escape is the best gym in the group!
Cleanness, staff and equipment are new.

you guys are going above and beyond the call of duty the cleaning staff are all ways cleaning the floors. and toilets and gym equipment and the front of house staff at the reception are all ways happy to answer any questions any of the members might have all the staff in one escape are doing a amazing job during these difficult times and i really appreciate it

I would love to see the steam room reopen though!
They seem open in spas and hotels, but you might be subject to different rules j suppose.
Anyway , that's minor feedback :)

It would be good to get the steam room open again
Secure some of the wooden seating planks in the sauna
Make sure showers are warm in mens changing room
Other than that all is perfect

Restart virtual yoga classes

Generally everything is good. If cleaners could avoid cleaning the exercise room during busy times it would be great.

I think that one escape team is already doing everything they can to keep a safe and clean environment.

I appreciate the changes staff have made in terms of online booking and checking members covid certs, I look forward to the continued use of the club!

The team at 1escape are doing an excellent job as always. I feel safe going to the gym with the safety measures put in place. The point reward scheme is a great initiative too. Keep up the good work.

Only thing I don't like is the parking but being in the city centre not your fault

You are doing fine a smiling face and a happy environment always helps.

Really happy with everything in the gym, covid related and in general. My only suggestion would be to fix/replace some of the hand sanitiser dispensers around the gym.

Lovely staff, spotlessly clean gym and wonderful trainers too.

I love 1escape. Everything is always clean and the staffs always very helpful.

Have earlier opening hours.

I think that the staff do everything possible to prevent infection, but unfortunately, some, not the majority, members are a bit cavalier regarding the rules. I know it's tedious, but do remain insistent to enforce them. Thanks to all of you to provide a safe environment.
