Friendly staff and a lovely environment

- The number, frequency and variability of the classes makes this one of the best clubs in Dublin. Spin classes and Kettlex being top favorites
- The experience of the instructors and how they relate to the clients is exceptional (of particular mention is Dave and Karolina (current staff) and Philip (ex staff).
- The opening times of this gym makes is accessible very early in the mornings which is great

- One area for improvement is the requirement for more Bootcamp classes. These classes were amazing when delivered according to the Bootcamp mantra (military style)

Main point, Clean gym, friendly staff who are actively interacting with members, such as asking when you arrive would I like to do a class they know I like, knowing I have a towel service on entry, the cleaning guy asking if i needed a hand when getting my shirt on or off, him knowing I had a shoulder injury where I couldn't move my arm, though I never needed help it was simply the offer of assistance in a possible time of need, the gym personal trainer watching from a distance and will actively intervene if seeing I am not doing my exercise technique correct and explaining what damage I could do by doing it wrong and its the explaining that really ticks the box.

The facilities are amazing, I love that the classes work you hard but in a fun way, you don't even notice the time go by. The staff are absolutely amazing and so friendly!!

Lovely gym, lots of equipment and I LOVE the pool. Only thing I would want changed is for there to be free towels there to use.

The variety of classes and times. The improved opening hours make it easier to get a work out in. Body attack and Brooklyn boxing are really good classes.

Caring and professional staff, Dave, Karolina, Hakima, the new opening hours, the investment in the equipment - spin bikes etc. Support staff Gabi, Rachael, Lana,. Important also to note that Farhad the weekend cleaner is very customer focused and keeps the place very clean and tidy. The sum of the parts is greater than the individual contributions - so team work is amazing and leads to the overall amazing experience.

Club is kept very clean, staff are friendly and helpful. Nice pool, wet room area.

While I appreciate the new layout is necessary, a couple of machines have been moved several times so difficult to find. Hopefully management will settle on a layout.
