Love this gym, the staff in particular create a really warm and vibrant atmosphere, you are welcomed by name and with a smile every time, what other gym can boast that. There's an excellent schedule of classes to meet all tastes and fitness levels and when you're done with your work-out, you can escape to the pool area which consists of a fabulous pool, hot-tub, sauna and my favourite - scented steam-room. If you're looking for a health club with a difference, make One Escape your destination of choice!

For me, convenient location but your staff are very friendly and helpful and the standards of hygiene and professionalism are very high.

good staff . reception staff are very helpful. the trainers are skilled and very helpful and try to get the best out of clients. very welcoming staff. pool area is very calming, love that you have added yoga. dont like the music (sorry I am middle aged!)

I really like the pool, it is such a sanctuary! And the steam room is amazing. Would love to see more essential oils in the steam room. The only feedback I have that is not positive is some of the staff can be quite surly.
