I particularly like the boxfit, but aqua aerobics and hydro rider too. It's theONLY time (52) in my life I've stuck at going to a gym. That's amazing.

The booking service through the app, the customer service experience over all is really good and the separation amongst the different equipment allows people to feel less self conscious while they work out.

The Classes are amazing and thats a testimony to the instructors who are highly motivated to push you. Good energy and good music is super important.

the new opening hours, Dave's KettleX and Spin classes, the staff, the social atmosphere and competitive sprit and occasional acts of charity. The fact that the gym turned a corner last year and invested in the technology and customer feedback is great.

I really love the stucture of the gym and the staff are really kind and polite.

Love the cleanliness, the relaxed but motivating vibe. It's a really great place to workout. It is expensive but I find it easy to justify when comparing to one night out on the town! :)

The equipment, pool and sauna.

I think the app for booking the classes it's pretty cool. I'm still trying to figure out how to win points by tweeting and posting on FB about the gym tho.
