I like that there's a very friendly non intimidating atmosphere in the gym itself. Also, unlike a lot of other gyms, members are given plenty of one on one time and lots of opportunities to talk to trainers to work out what's best for them

I like that the pool is never too busy as that's the main facility I use. Also somehow OneEscape has managed to create a culture of encouragement instead of judgement that tends to happen at a lot of other gyms. Well done!

Mairead is a fantastic personal trainer, really motivating! Spin classes are really high energy and a great work out. I don't like the new arrangement of the cardio machines on the reception floor, it deters me from wanting to work out in such a public domain. I also preferred having machines and weights on the same floor otherwise i'm walking up and down continuously during a workout. Also, the bathrooms in the women's area have been particularly dirty. Would really appreciate wipes to wipe down machines, it's really unhygienic and a basic aspect that is truly lacking in this gym. I really do like coming here, but could use a few improvements as of late! Love the new hours!

The feedbacks and follow up

The swimming pool is lovely and relaxing with this nice music in the background but the pool floor is creepy with the black things on the floor.
It is very clean in general but glass shower cabins could be deep cleaned weekly.
The biggest downside are hair driers. Not the best quality, slow. Waste of time especially when I try to get to work in the morning. Invest in a good quality hair driers and you will safe on electricity.
Overall fantastic and I do recommend yor gym. Love the classes and the interior design.

All of the staff, particularly the exceptional thoughtfulness shown to me by Mairead,Lana, Deise, Hamina, Alan,Rachel and Bianca. They really are professionalism par excellence. I'm quick to praise,but also quick to knock- your timetable gets ever more atrocious, with heavy bias both time wise and class wise towards
the daytime.
