The variety of different types of classes

The customer experience is wonderful. The trainers special call out to Dave, Karolina, Alan, Jeff, Mairead, Hikemia. Their engagement and their participation and encouragement is second to none, particularly Dave and Karolina who throughout the year have brought out the best in us. Also this year there were many changes made for the better, and I felt that the Customer Service elements came together - feedback request on training times and members needs were very prominent, so a big call out and major thanks to Gabrielle and Rachael and Lana. So all in all its good old fashioned customer service! And the members have great rapport too!

Opening hours, friendly staff from trainers, receptionists to cleaning staff. I very much enjoy that after a hard days work & workout there is the sauna and the steam room to relax. I regularly attend Dave`s Tuesday`s spinning class: great music and atmosphere. A big kudos to Dave!

Great staff. So friendly! The fact they remembered my name only after just joining is the icing on the cake. It's nice to be welcomed in through the electronic gates and to be greeted by name! Fantastic personal care!

The pool and sauna facilites are really good. If I can make 1 suggestion: more of a mix of the music that's played would be great - the elevator music gets a bit tiring after a while ;)

Friendliness and welcoming vibe of the club. Fitness trainers make a lot of effort to get to know members. Love the added extras like member parties and spa.

Classes with a coach & excellent training facilities. The gym is not overcrowded either which is great.

i just use the swimming pool,and the water is always perfect .
