The facilities are great, good range of classes, i like the new app to book classes online. The most important thing for me though is the staff..they are always friendly and encouraging. I like that they try to get to know names too, its things like that that make the difference.

I am a brazilian student in Ireland, and as a student we have a lot of costs here, when I decided to join the gym, I was like: OMG are you sure you will pay 65 euros per month in a gym First name removed? Luckly I joined cause today I am really proud of it. The amount I pay worth so much! Staffs very nice and attentive, equipaments modern and very good, the spa area is amazing (my favourite part in the gym hahaha)

Friendly staff - reception and trainers, good quality equipment, good big spaces, different rooms, range of facilities including swimming pool, sauna etc

Love the class options and times. Good mix on offer and staff are friendly and good craic. App still has bugs - won't accept my password and won't send me email to change it - will probably delete app if not fixed - can't book classes in advance and I have other apps that monitor my attendance/exercise regime.

I like the swimming pool and music in swimming pool area, sauna, space in the gym, easy access from pool to lockers and showers. But what I like the most is that it's clean and everything works there, and if something is broken I don't have to wait very long for fixing it. I think that there's to much loud commercial pop crap music though :)

Good location and range of classes. Generally not too crowded.

Brilliant classes, great times for classes, fab instructors, always upgrading and changing, super clean and all staff incredibly friendly!

Only downside is that most of the lockers in the men's changing are locked permanently even when the gym is quiet.

The facilities are really good, same as the level of the classes and the professionalism of some of the instructors. The most positive thing is that the club is constantly trying to improve all of its different aspects to provide a better service to the members according to their requirements.
The app is a very useful tool to book for the classes, but the information provided on it, like the name of the instructors and timetables, should be more accurate.
The overall rating is very positive, I think that 1escape is one of the best Clubs in Dublin, and that is really handy for those who work in the city center.

Clean well run gym with great staff ticks all the boxes

High intensity classes. Well qualified instructors. Pool area and steam rooms. Well done.

Could improve by:
Earlier weekend opening hours
Fixing the carpet on the gym floor!
Introducing some 6.45pm classes (when 6pm is too early and 7.15pm is too late)
Keeping the website up-to-date (its frequently out of date regarding courses, when timetables change, bank hol weekends etc.)

Gym is kept very clean. It is clear that there is constant investment into machines etc

I use your gym to swim in the pool which I enjoy! To this point I have never used any other products or services. I am very happy with the pool and adjacent facilities i.e steam room and sauna.
