The staff are very professional,helpful and friendly.The classes and facilities are excellent.Sad thing to say but I enjoy going to the morning classes.Usually the members suggestions are also taken on board.the added incentive of the points for each attendance is also great,but perhaps other items could be included in the list.

All its missing is a table tennis table .
However I would be happy to tell my friends and family that it is the best gym in Dublin.

Gym is very well kept and very friendly staff

There are no problems with temperature either in summer or winter. The staff are A1, reception, trainers, cleaners etc.

There are always great classes to choose from. The facilities are always clean. The staff are friendly and willing to assist if need be.
