Gabby, The place is great! I love it but I need a favour! I was trying to get a pass for my wife who is in advanced pregnancy and would love a few swims; I signed up to the app to get a pass but when she applied she was refused as she was previously a member..Is there any way you could sort her out for a few passes?

Also could I switch to my personal email? I tried to do it online but it still seems to be coming through to work. My personal email is Email address removed

Clean, well kept, well equipped. Great training studios. Nice pool and Sauna etc. all very good.

There is always plenty of room in the gym - there isn't ever really aqueue to use the cardio and resistance machines. There are lots of classes available at very flexible times

There are lots of machines / classes. You don't have to wait for machines at any time. The staff are very helpful and nice.

The variety of classes and times, and the longer opening hours are a big improvement.

Friendly staff and a good bit of equipment. Going forward though, reduce machines and increase free weights and squaring racks/ cages
