There are a diverse range of classes and equipment and the staff are very friendly. I don't feel intimidated to train like I have in some other gyms.

I particularly like the boxfit, but aqua aerobics and hydro rider too. It's theONLY time (52) in my life I've stuck at going to a gym. That's amazing.

The booking service through the app, the customer service experience over all is really good and the separation amongst the different equipment allows people to feel less self conscious while they work out.
