The gym, equipment, facilities, classes are of a high standard. The instructors are great at motivating me and pushing me harder (Damien in particular is great at it). I feel better, have greater technique as a result of the instructions in classes and have obtained a fat loss but most importantly I enjoy going every week

Staff are very nice, training is excellent. Good atmosphere in the gym : friendly and warm.

I love OneEscape. I've been to a lot of gyms, and this is the only one that never feels like a chore to come to. The atmosphere is relaxed, open, and low-pressure, which is a huge plus for people, like me, who can find the gym an intimidating place to be at times. All of the staff I have encountered are warm, friendly and genuinely interested in your health and progress—without being overbearing or pushy—which I really appreciate. The machines are always clean, the pool is clean, it's really a great place.

The interior is fresh and cosy. The range and quality of classes and facilities are a joy to usr. I like the ethos and its not intimidating like other gyms.

The trainers for the classes are great - very motivating! :)

Nice gym, friendly staff. The only bad thing that I have seen until now is people seating down on the weights area to ready the newspaper at 18:30 while the gym is pumping. Someone was seating beside me on a seating bike and started eating a sandwich. That is disgusting. But the worst is people recording others working out to post on social media. I don't mind when people is taking pictures of themselves but recordingothers without permission it is illegal.

Thank you for good range of classes and flexible time-table; for sending updates and informing about the changes. It's great that you have longer working hours. Coaching Staff members are really friendly. Cleanliness is very important and your cleaning staff members are always visible and available. Very good experience with you :)

The numerous facilities available and the different types of classes.

Score 10 on "how likely are you to recommend 1escape to a friend" since I have done so many times and they subsequently joined and love it.
As always, I love the fact that ye's are constantly improving, evolving, keeping ahead of trends, spicing up our workouts, ensuring we don't get bored and keeping us motivated.
The trainers at the moment are the friendliest and most committed gang in my 10-ish years & the community spirit around themed events like Spinathons, ToughMudder training or themed-classes just adds to the atmosphere around the place.
And the new machines, although it looks like the Daleks are taking over, are packed with amazing features that are certain to spice up regular "boring" cardio...

Friendly atmosphere; wide range of classes led by really good instructors; good range of equipment; much attention given to cleanliness - always spotless.

Kim inducted me into the gym and is amazing! I work nearby in workday and lots of us use that gym and think very highly of Kim! She is so friendly and professional and definitely a credit to one escape!

One thing though, I was in on Saturday afternoon 5th august and the girl on the desk was quite rude. I waited for a while before she even spoke to me (she was busy talking to a guy in another language) then when she finally spoke to me she told me to swipe in. This was my first time using the gym and my swipe was not working hence why I was waiting. I asked her also about the app on my phone which I was having problems downloading she was uninterested and did not help me. My email was wrong on the system and she told me I would have to call back later in the week as no IT guys were in to help me. I was pretty annoyed at the lack of empathy and her bad customer service. I went in again the following Tuesday and Kim was able to help me and had all resolved in 5min. Kim is brilliant but I was to write a review on the other girl it would be zero stars! But I love everything else about one escape - equipment, vibe etc!

i enjoy all the variety of classes, i would like to see earlier classes available but that is just me ;-) and more yoga and Pilates ( it can be hard to get a space )

i can see changes happening around the gym and that is great to see as i do think an upgrade of cardio equipment is needed ( loving the watt bikes) and also i think some sort of fitness technology is needed ( you could make that spin room into a virtual spin so you have options of going in to train when no classes are timetabled.. new craze, rowing classes ?? i think the morning crew would love this type of class short, powerful and intense workout .. would be great if Saturday morning classes started earlier

overall doing a great job and i am currently really enjoying my experience with you guys, i have to give a shout out to the amazing instructors that always give me the best work outs ( i have the MYZONE results to prove it :-) ) Karolina, Toyna, the french guy i always forget his name sorry ... i do like them all but these guys give me great results when i go to their classes they are very technical and you can tell they really know there stuff !!

great classes and gym is very clean

Service is overall good. Could maybe put notices up in mens bathroom about all those guys who seem to think its the place for shaving and brushing their teeth and spitting in the sinks. That's stuff you do at home !!!!

Professionalism, friendly staff, CLEAN gym (No 1) and the new WATT Bikes that upload my data to training peaks & strava that can be analyzed remotely by a trainer if need be.
The gym management very approachable which can defuse a lot of oncoming issues before they become an issue.

the staff and the facilities. If any, change the lights at the spa in Dublin. In particular the jacuzzi. It feels like a bathroom.
