Great location, about the only gym in the city centre with a fully stocked free weight section and a pool.
All facilities kept really clean and staff are very friendly.
Friendly staff. Clean changing rooms although they sometimes run out of paper and toilets need attention. Cleaning staff not on til 12 noon
The gym is very convenient, they offer a wide range of classes for those that are interested and the pool is also quite big. The opening hours are good. Finally, I have been slightly taken aback at how friendly and helpful all the staff are. They seem to remember people's names as well as faces (especially Lana!) and seemed genuinely interested in their customers. I also liked the initial planning session with a trainer to come up with a 6 week plan - a kind of mini-PC, which I Would have expected to pay for. Happy customer!
its location & class times
Love that it's over 18's no teenagers running around , and I like that facilities are very clean.
Convenience and cleanliness
personal interest shown by eg karolina, Dave and Maireid in class. They remember everyone's names and special needs. I fell very comfortable and taken care of.

Pool area and friendly staff
I like the swimming pool and the great repertoire of classes that offer and the possibility to have induction with a personal trainer.
The health club is very spacious and staff are incredibly friendly.

Services in one escape is five star all the way from the equipment that's in the club the programs to the staff you get what you pay for again the staff and management. go above and beyond their normal duties for their members. as all ways a very happy member for years to come .
