I like the facilities, the atmosphere, and the location

The gym is generally fairly quiet when I go in the mornings or weekends. There is usually enough machines and weights to use even if some people hog them or dont re rack barbells etc.

My previous gym Flyefit was always aggressively recruiting new members and while obviously that was good for their revenue stream it put myself and other people off going there as it was always packed and uncomfortable.

It would be great if some classes in the mornings could be a little later, 7am is a bit of a push even 7.30 or 8 would be more suitable for those of us that have a commute to get in early.

Delightful staff, plenty of variety in classes and the gym is kept very clean. I've already recommended One Escape to 3 colleagues of which 2 have already joined.

Fantastic facilities, trainers and classes

Great location, about the only gym in the city centre with a fully stocked free weight section and a pool.

All facilities kept really clean and staff are very friendly.

Friendly staff. Clean changing rooms although they sometimes run out of paper and toilets need attention. Cleaning staff not on til 12 noon

The gym is very convenient, they offer a wide range of classes for those that are interested and the pool is also quite big. The opening hours are good. Finally, I have been slightly taken aback at how friendly and helpful all the staff are. They seem to remember people's names as well as faces (especially Lana!) and seemed genuinely interested in their customers. I also liked the initial planning session with a trainer to come up with a 6 week plan - a kind of mini-PC, which I Would have expected to pay for. Happy customer!

its location & class times

Love that it's over 18's no teenagers running around , and I like that facilities are very clean.

Convenience and cleanliness

personal interest shown by eg karolina, Dave and Maireid in class. They remember everyone's names and special needs. I fell very comfortable and taken care of.

I like the swimming pool and the great repertoire of classes that offer and the possibility to have induction with a personal trainer.
