Good gym, could so with some move benches upstairs and some more weights for bars.

Staff are kind, supportive, very encouraging. They're interested and care about how you are getting on. I never done sports or the usual school things growing up so didn't have that routine or benefit built in to my psyche. Coming here has shown me this isn't just about the sweat (and tears) I've noticed I'm stronger and have more definition. Joining is worth the risk to ones pride

Think the gym layout is great, good size & great weights selection & class variety.

Very good instructors, classes and facilities. I like the atmosphere in oneescape and all the staff appear quite happy and sometimes they chat to me also. I think it is a great gym.

I like going to Brooklyn Box Fit classes I think it's great the way everybody is welcomed at the entrance.

In my opinion this is the best gym I've ever tried.

I am using the pool so I would say you have excellent trainers and clean facilities.

Staff are great, and very happy to help with any questions - Always very positive also, which is great to see.

A few mirrors upstairs where the squat racks are would make it a ten for me!

There are a huge range of classes to choose from plus the instructors are friendly, approachable and lively!
The facilities in the club are superb

The instructors are all very helpful and nice. Customer service provided is always brilliant and I will definitely recommend the gym to all my friends and workmates. Machines and classes are excellent as well. I always have a great time when at the gym! Fair play to all of you guys!
