I love the club atmosphere at 1Escape, staff are friendly, warm and encouraging, the classes are excellent and the pool / steam room and hot tub add that something extra- it's not doubt, the best health-club in Dublin and it's where I start my day five days a week and I am loving it.

The recent training for Tuf Mudder by Dave, Ryan and Richie was really great and different , I really enjoyed it. I was very grateful to the trainers for doing things I never did in my life before! Great teamwork.

The gym is very spacious and there is plenty of equipment. The staff are very friendly and the music played is decent.

I think it's one of the best sports club I've ever been. For me the fact that the swimming pool is spotless is very important.

Good classes feel should have classes every day at 7am to cater for people who work saturdays.

Everyone is so lovely, great classes and trainers. Mairead is amazing!

Great trainers and classes

The facilities are fantastic and the trainers are very friendly. Keeps you motivated with the amenities and love the Reward System in place. The crowd is also good, suitable for working guys like me, who want an humble environment to relax and train after hard day's desk work.

Damien rocks! I haven't seen such a great instructor for a long time. With Damien classes like fitball and aquafit that used to look like rehab finally became proper workouts as they should be! Both Damien and Karolina are full of energy, enthusiasm and super positive vibes. I think what makes your gym stand out is:
(1) your brilliant staff, not only instructors but also desk staff which is super helpful, smiling and relaxed, and very caring, always finding a solution to any problem - I had only positive experience.
(2) and impressive selection of classes until very late in the evening and
(3) the pool/spa area!

but your staff is your highest value! You're doing a great job.
