It is a great gym, the staff is friendly and the pool and spa area always very clean.

I like the club, its very tidy, nice staff, good music, long opening times.

I have just one thought about the sauna, I never saw a sauna where no water is provided to put on the hot stones, so the sauna is always very dry. Also I do see many people carrying plastic bottle of water or using slippers in the sauna. Perhaps it would be a good idea to inform people to not bring these items to the sauna as the hot temprature will make vapurize plasticiszers and other toxic substances. In Germany its strictly forbidden to bring these things in the sauna, as it is also endangering other people being in the sauna. Ialso see people sometimes exercising in the sauna, which normally is also not recommended. So I think maybe people should be informed of some sauna safety before using the sauna.

I like how the gym is never too busy. There is a great selection of classes, that are on at various times to suit people’s different schedules.

Very good classes and facilities. Long opening hours - delighted that opening time changed to 06:00. Only downside is that there aren’t more 19:00 classes as I usually miss the 18:00 ones.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the facility is clean, there are more yoga classes, even in busy hours the waiting time for the use of the machines is minimal

There is a great range of classes on offer and flexible times. The staff are excellent - very knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. The 'hello' and 'goodbye' at reception is not something that I have had at previous gyms and makes all the difference!
