The classes

The gym is never overly busy even at peak times. It's rare to find a gym like that in Dublin

I like all facilities, opening hours, ckasses and the staff are nicd as well.

The classes are fantastic and the trainers are top class and highly motivating. The extra group activities are brilliant for getting to know members. The facilities are brilliant and cleanliness is highly maintained. I couldn’t fault the gym at all and recommend it to all my friends and work colleagues

All staff are very nice, the place is constantly clean and there has been some great upgrades to the gym with mirrors at squat racks!

Two machines which might be useful - lat pull down machine ( straight bar) and Ab cruncher machine ( think people would be constantly using this)

I love how convenient and varied the timetable is, there is such a huge range of classes that members are spoilt for choice. It also makes a huge difference how friendly and approachable coaches/staff members are - nothing is ever too big or too small, and their energy is palpable around the gym.

The gym and changing rooms are always very clean. Very helpful staff. New equipment introduced regularly and old equipment is fixed promptly when it breaks down.

The only point for improvement is that the music is often too loud.

Apart from that it's a great service.

The best gym!

The Staff are really friendly , professional , & nice people , the gym is always clean and I like the atmosphere , The gym itself is amazing , although at time the pool can very very cold , but everything else is excellent , above and beyond high standards.

I love the space available to train in studio 1 with kettlebells, TRX, Bosu ball and weights available. I've been in many gyms over the years and One Escape certainly does it properly.
