The Staff are really friendly , professional , & nice people , the gym is always clean and I like the atmosphere , The gym itself is amazing , although at time the pool can very very cold , but everything else is excellent , above and beyond high standards.
I love the space available to train in studio 1 with kettlebells, TRX, Bosu ball and weights available. I've been in many gyms over the years and One Escape certainly does it properly.

Hi guys the equipment is fantastic and so is the staff. they no all the members by their first names. and all ways have a smile on their faces. that make you feel very welcome. also the staff go above and beyond to answer any members questions they might have.regards Lewis Last name removed
I like the installations and the great offer of classes.
I like everything and the instructors are great but they should have a different plans for people who wanna use only gym and not classes or swimming pool, etc.
Very good range and times for classes, always very clean, all staff very friendly and helpful. Relaxing atmosphere, and I love the points systems where you can use them to get bits and pieces and passes for friends.
